Have you ever noticed after spending time outdoors you just feel better? It's not a coincidence. All life depends on the earth's magnetic field. The frequencies of the earth sustains all life.
Humans are bioelectrical beings that carry a positive charge. Throughout our day, we build up that electrical charge that can negatively impact our health because of the build up in our bodies. Earth has a negative charge. When we make contact through grounding, we discharge our excess energy, producing a healing effect at the cellular level.
Earthing, also known as grounding, is when humans make an electrical connection to the earth’s energies. Like a battery, we discharge the overload of energy back into the earth. Grounding is best done barefoot walking on the grass, beach or taking a nice long walk or hiking.

Throughout each day, we are exposed to many different electromagnetic frequencies that can be harmful on an ongoing basis. Our cellphones, laptops, computers, electronic appliances, wifi and smart meters, can interfere with our natural biological systems. The main focus is to bring your body back into regulation and the most natural and easiest way to do that is by grounding and taking in all the earth's energy and discharging the build up of the EMF energy. If you make it a point to go outside daily, preferably barefoot on the grass then you may experience the following:

Awareness is the best defense to EMF over exposure. Taking steps like leaving our cell phones in a different room at night when sleeping can help our bodies restore without any interference. Making it priority to go outdoors instead of being inside all day also helps to restore and reset our natural rhythms providing less stress and better sleep.
