Top 5 manifesting techniques to get what you want this year!

We all deserve a pat on our back for everything we have been through. In different ways, it was challenging to the world. But what it showed was resilience - a key ingredient to creating the life you want.


Challenging experiences are important. They teach us more about ourselves and teach us lessons on how to create a better life. So what lessons did you receive this past year? What will you do differently?


The answers to those questions will help you to get more focused on what you want to create for 2022. Maybe you are ready to launch a new career because you had time to invest in a new talent. Maybe you decided this is the year you want to travel because you were cooped up enough. Whatever your dreams and aspirations are, here are 5 powerful techniques that can help you manifest your dreams!


  1. Align yourself to the right people

  • If you want to live a more positive life, then surrounding yourself with negative, judgmental people, will not help you achieve this goal. Over time we start to become like the people we hang out with. We absorb each others energy.

  • Think about the kind of people who are living the lifestyle you want to live. They can be someone you know or don’t know but admire like Gabby Bernstein, a spiritual coach and mentor. These are the people you want to align yourself with more, who can help open up your mind to new ways of thinking and doing, ultimately helping you become the better person you envision for yourself.

2. Gratitude, Gratitude, Gratitude

  • Count your blessings. No joke. Take the time to reflect and visualize all the blessings your receive and channel the emotion of gratitude for about 10 minutes. Then write it down in a gratitude journal.

  • The feeling of gratitude is the most important step. That vibrations helps you to continue attracting all the blessings you are thankful for.

  • Also the more you give, the more the universe will send back. And make sure you are open to receiving because you don’t want to block the wonderful gifts coming your way. And if you every feel like a victim, read your gratitude journal to remind you of all the blessings you receive daily.

3. Subconscious Reprogramming

  • Most of our habits and belief systems come from our subconscious mind. Sometimes there is a disconnect between what our conscious minds want to manifest and what our deep-seated subconscious mind is ready for. When this happens manifesting is harder to create.

  • Subconscious programming is rewriting negative or unwanted thought patterns and replacing them with the right signals to help you manifest. Try using subliminal affirmations.

  • The best way to do it is while sleeping. Find an audio track you like and listen to it for at least 21 days. It is said that it takes 21 days to form a habit.

4. Energy Work

  • Keeping a clean energy body is one of the most important things you can do to maintain overall wellness. Again it’s about having a high healthy vibration which is determined by the thoughts we think, the food we eat and our overall lifestyle. This all contributes to our manifesting abilities.

  • Getting monthly clearings on our energy body by having reiki, acupuncture, sound baths, helps to clear our chakras. Our chakras store past traumas, or emotional baggage that can block the flow of chi (energy of life). If we have stagnant stuck chi - life force - then it's harder to manifest what we want. Other ways to clear your energy and raise your vibration is by meditating or connecting with nature.

5. 17-second manifestation method

  • In the book, “Ask and it is given,” Abraham Hicks talks about focusing on your manifestations for 17 seconds. That is all the time needed to put your manifestation into motion. Here is how to do it:

  • On waking up, focus with pure intent on what you want. Ask yourself and feel how good it would be to have all the things you want. Do this for 17 seconds uninterrupted. Then go about your day.

  • What this daily practice does is help imprint the energy of your desires so that you can easily align and manifest it into your life. The more you do it the more you can manifest. The key is to create the momentum by meeting the universe half way. We must act to keep the momentum flowing.

Once you get clear on your goals and dreams for the new year make a plan and act upon it with excitement. The fastest way to manifest what you want is to stay in the energy of joy and gratitude!
